At Souq Sahra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This Return and Exchange Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in case you are not fully satisfied with your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as personal care items, hygiene-related products, or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.

Process for Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at official.souqsahra@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different item or variation, please mention it in your email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
